W-Shaped Steel Strap / Mining Support Steel Strap
W-shaped steel straps are special components for mine support and tunnel reinforcement. Fabricated from Q235 or high-strength alloy steel strips via cold bending to form a W-shaped cross-section, they connect scattered point supports into an integrated load-bearing structure when used with anchor bolts. Compared with flat steel straps, the product features a 37-fold higher section modulus for bending resistance and approximately 70 times greater rigidity, while cutting steel consumption by 30% to 50%. Widely adopted in coal mine roadways, tunnel projects, chamber reinforcement and other scenarios, it serves as a high-efficiency support product replacing traditional I-beam supports.
T-shaped Steel Strip
This T-shaped steel strip is integrally bent and formed from Q235 steel strip with overall hot-dip galvanizing for anti-corrosion treatment. Its standard T-shaped structure delivers uniform stress distribution and strong deformation resistance and load-bearing capacity. It comes in a full range of specifications and supports non-standard customization, and is widely applied in projects such as mine roadway support, curtain wall embedment, slope reinforcement, and pipeline and equipment fixing. Featuring an integrated weld-free structure with a complete galvanized coating, it combines high strength with long-term rust prevention, and allows easy installation suitable for various construction scenarios.
