This flange hex tension nut is integrally forged from alloy steel, featuring a thickened and heightened body together with an widened flange base and a precise full-thread structure. Subject to quenching, tempering and black oxide treatment, it boasts strong bearing capacity as well as excellent tensile and tension resistance. Compatible with finish-rolled threaded steel, anchor bolts and tension lead screws, it is widely applied to heavy-load tension scenarios including mine support, bridge prestressing, engineering machinery, tunnels and foundation pits.
